Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have introduce some changes to our practice, please read below and do not hesitate to contact me if you would like any further clarification:
-Firstly, if you are experiencing any Covid-19 symptoms, please postpone or cancel your appointment.
-I will call you prior to the appointment and we will go through the consultation, this is to minimise the contact time.
-You will receive via email, a consent form to fill in electronically. This will need to be completed before each treatment takes place. If you are considered a high-risk client, or you are shielding at the moment, it may not be possible to massage you at this time but feel free to discuss this with me. If you are a first-time client, your initial consultation will take place via telephone or videoconferencing, rather than during your appointment.
-On the appointment day:
-Please only bring with you the essentials, however, it will be a tray for you to put anything that you bring with you, bag, keys, wallet, etc.
-Please come as close to your appointment time as possible and wait either in your car or by the door. Please do not knock or try to open the door. I will text you when I’m ready and will open the door for you.
-Please wear a face mask.
-Upon arrival , you will be required to sanitise your hands and enter the practice room without touching anything.
-I will be taking your temperature.
-There will be a container in which to put your clothes when you undress.
-The treatment room will have been thoroughly disinfected, ventilated and, as usual, all linen and face cradles replaced for each client. I will be wearing personal protective equipment which includes a face shield, mask, gloves and apron. Do not be concerned about the use of gloves, it will not affect your treatment.
-The massage will continue as usual, although I might be quieter than usual to prevent droplet formation.
-When the massage is over, please leave all the linens, untouched on the couch and try not to touch anything as you leave. Please keep your mask on until you exit the premises.
-After the treatment you will receive via email an invoice with my bank details on it, please transfer the money to my account stating your name as the reference. As a second option you will still be able to pay with your contactless card.
-Please note appointments will be spaced further apart than usual to enable disinfection and ventilation of the practice space, therapy table, equipment and facilities.
